In the middle of the beautiful region of Sesimbra, where there is a strong historical and fishing tradition, and located next to  Praia das Bicas - Aldeia do Meco, one of the most popular beaches on the west coast for the practice of numerous sports, such as surfing and bodyboarding, and surrounded by fossil cliffs, you find Park Campimeco campsite, which began its activities in 1982 and which is managed by Campigir since 1988.
