It’s close to the beach and the village of L’Estartit, and next to the Montgrí, Medes Islands and Baix Ter Natural Park. The fields surrounding the Ter River are perfect for biking, and the Montgrí area offers wonderful walks. Camping Empordà, in L’Estartit, is in central Costa Brava.

Camping Empordà is a family-friendly campsite. L'Estartit is a renowned family tourism destination. At the campsite, entertainment activities, such as workshops at the Tinet-club and games in different areas of the campsite during June, July and August, are especially aimed at the youngest members of the family. Camping Empordà in l'Estartit has two swimming pools, one for adults, and a smaller one, with different jets, for children. L'Estartit beach is shallow and has fine sand, ideal for playing.
